She was very friendly , very cooperative, very professional. We got it handled, ready for my new tax preparer. I was going back to their office because I had used the same women the previous two years , and was originally under the impression that she would be doing my taxes again. It turned out that she was no longer with the office , and that I would be helped by a new advisor. No problem ! He was friendly , professional, thorough, and efficient. I'll go back next year , and will be recommending him and this office."
