"I decided to use H&R block because it was my first year as a travel nurse, and I had worked in a few different states. We had Angelo as our agent. He was inefficient with the computer, couldn't type and made many, many errors when inputting my information. I had to correct him several times. He was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. He had no guidance or tips for submitting taxes from multiple states. In this day and age, when turbo tax is so readily available, you'd think these agents would try to stand out and actually help people. This was a huge waste of money and I will not be returning."
