"I must express my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience with Jack and his team at Campbell Jones Cohen CPA Firm. Having been a loyal client for many years and having referred not only clients but dear friends as well, my expectations were exceptionally high. I've always sung your praises and held you and your team in high regard. I was genuinely taken aback by the lack of communication from your team, which I find quite surprising. As a client, I simply sought reassurance that my affairs were being handled, and that there was no need for unnecessary stress. I believe this is a reasonable expectation for a service I pay for. While I could easily find more affordable options for a basic tax return, I choose to work with you because of my high regard for your expertise and experience. The situation became even more frustrating when my fiancé informed me that Robert was handling my file, but my emails to Robert went unanswered. Days later, after the tax cutoff date had passed, it came to light that Lynn was responsible for getting the copy of my taxes to me. To my dismay, when I inquired about the delay, Lynn shifted the blame onto me and my fiancé for not following up sooner. I received neither a simple apology nor any reassurance that the extension was filed on my behalf. In fact, Lynn remained unresponsive when I forwarded her the emails originally sent to Beth and Robert to follow up. I was completely unaware of the extension until my fiancé inquired about the penalty for the delayed filing. Even when Lynn realized that the return was never provided to me, we had to continue following up and explicitly request it. I kindly requested that you reviewed the emails I sent to you for a more detailed perspective on the communication breakdown. At this point, it has becomes evident that my client value is not a priority. The service provided by your team has significantly fallen short this time. I would highly seek services elsewhere for those looking for a good firm to trust."
