"Peter was horrible. Week one cancel appointment for family emergency, I can understand that . Reschedule for week two. Week two cancel for family emergency. Reschedule for week three. Finally get to see what Peter looks like....but he's on the phone with his wife quite a bit and excused himself to go pee at least six times. Ran into a discrepancy and asked if he could reschedule cause he was tired reschedule for week four. Week four is someone new, she has no clue what the hell is going on. Gives me a Jackson Hewitt bag and two drink cozies. Then reschedules for the next week. Week five and Peter fricken quit.... unbelievable. Service here sucks....had to call main office just to hunt down my own paper work. Main office did fix everything for me but at this point I don't think I'll be a return customer. Rather go to prison for tax fraud...bet it takes less time to serve time than to file at this location."
