"I’m an authorized service provider and Sent multiple emails and made several calls over the last 2 months trying to get a part for one of my customers and keep getting the run around or no response at all. Sent to Victor, Kevin & inside sales a week ago and still no response… very disappointed in the customer service/dearler support."

"I purchased the large bimini spa for $13,000 about eight years ago and the shell has cracks which I addressed with them for 5 years. I eventually settled for $500 which was inadequate. Their customer service was horrible! I was yelled at and hung up on several times. They would refer me to litehouse who did all the prep work and sold me the spa. Their customer service was just as bad.. It is totally unacceptable that my shell has cracks and the way I was treated. Buyer beware... I would not recommend these businesses to anyone!"

"We needed to buy a new filter and filter housing. Went to my dealer White Swan after phoning them. On the phone call they said that they had a replacement filter. When I drove there, they didn’t have it. I called Artesian spas directly and tried to order the parts. They said that they won’t sell directly. I then told the person on the phone that we won’t buy another one of their spas"

"We ordered their top of the line hot tub. Could have invested less money on a different company. Our sales company is working very hard to fix the issues but as a first time hot tub buyer, this hasn't been the best. This company claims to be the best but we have had a non stop leak since the day we bought it. And one of the direct flow controls buttons fell off. If this gets taken care of, I will write a new review. Again, the company we bought it from has been great, but it is very frustrating to keep draining the tub just to see the fix didn't work. Hopefully there will be no more issues... Hopefully"
