"There’s kids running this location no help at all. They don’t understand nothing about pools. I had to go across town to get better results which I’m only 2 miles away from then but I’m 10 miles away from the other location not acceptable."
"Went in there this morning. Not so knowledgeable about pool chemicals, maintenance, etc. Went in looking for above ground pool shocker. Right away I was approached by a very young man. Very helpful, very polite and answered all my questions. Even though I left without a purchase, due to register not taking cash, I left very pleased and informed. Customer service around the valley seems to be lacking tremendously these days so it was surprisingly pleasing to see it come from such a young man. Thank you. I'll be back!"
"Leslie's is a bit more expensive, but their customer service is first rate. The staff is well educated on products and inventory. They are personable as well as helpful. I am an older woman. The young man assisting me was so pleasant. He would let me make my choices and he would carry the items for me. Even offered to take them to my car. He was afraid that the 2 gallon box of liquid chlorine was to heavy. I would like to congratulate his mother on a job well done and Leslie's for always having what I need and employees who are s cut above."
