"This store had 4-5 women working, they were all in one place together using their phones and laughing and talking, they were not working and they never helped me while I was there, only one stopped what she was doing when I was ready to pay, as I was outside leaving they had a customer come in, they looked up from their phones and went back down to using it again. No welcoming in and no goodbye. I love the clothes and shoes though."
"The girls working there are of absolouty no help. I asked if they had caught in little shorts in size 40 she said we don't carry them I turn around and there they are I asked her where the five t-shirt t-shirts are he tells me in the back by the shoes doesn't go show me them then I yell out to her what's 4 / 5 mean she doesn't answer just looks at me like I'm nuts then I can't get flip-flops off the little display handle the girls dance right next to me watching me struggle I had to tell her could you please get those off of there oh you mean she says like this and take some off not very good service in there today"

"Good selection of clothes, clean and organized. Employees don't care about speaking to customers. Don't ask customer if they need help and when you do ask if they have a certain item they point and say whatever is in the area is all we have."
"I ordered some stuff offline with carters and they lost my package through the mail. They kept saying well give it a extra day or give it another 24 hours to 72 hours. No one should have to wait that long to track a package. I've never been in the store personally. I probably should of went to the store and not offline."
