"Location: Tropicana & Pecos We walked in right before they were closing on a Friday night and I really thought that they would tell us that we had to leave the pool cleaner there but Kayla (sp?) said she would take a quick look. She found some small object in the pool cleaner and removed it all within 10 minutes and we were out the door - at no cost to us!! Pool cleaner is now working great. Thanks Kayla! "I remember the last day I worked a.m. it was a son and mother came to the door and I was doing the closing out process and she told me that Boss Lady told me just don’t look at them turn your back pretend like you don’t see them because they’re gonna want to come in the store and stuff and I get that but communication is always a great thing. It would’ve been nice to just say to them I’m so very sorry and close now and the system is down Freon Rockaway feeling decent chance they may have come for 100 miles. It’s a shame the way things worked out I would’ve wanted to work at Leslies but the district manager never got back to me Ryan I wrote to him and we human resources and they didn’t get back to me either. It is what it is , I’ll still support Leslies Pool service and supplies because I have a pool. Still sending a shout out to my friend Paul at sunrise Manor location because he tried to help me out when I was told by Kayla I was the new mini me and then a few minutes later was told the other guy was the assistant manager. I could understand that, especially since his background was in grocery management , it is what it is. God bless Marchelo. PS there’s no Spanish worker that works there so if you don’t know English, it may be difficult but if you go to the sunrise, Manno one and speak to Paul or Isaiah, they are fluent in Spanish and they know what they’re doing. thanks for reading this.
