iPools LLC Pool Plastering and Repair

"I wrote a review right after iPools replastered and retiled my pool but not sure what happened to it. I want to make sure that everyone knows that this place is the absolute pits. There are so many options in Vegas, do not waste your money here. After paying $9k to get my pool replastered, it looks like a 5 year old did the work; there are scratches and blotches across the entire pool. Friends who come over cannot tell that we got work done. I asked the owner Eduardo about it and he told me that blotches were "normal" and that it was stated in the contract. After the plaster guys finished the job, Eduardo or another Senior person did not even bother to come by and inspect. Such a disappointment and waste of money. On a positive note, the guy who retiled the pool was top notch."

"Stay clear of this company. Blemishes and discoloration in new plaster. Startup approx $500.00 consist of 5 days of poorly brushing pool, acid poured into pool a few times to rid pool of plaster dust. Never balance or checked chemicals during startup of pool. Use kids in every phase of job, sometimes no one inspecting work. Never notified of what day or time working, they would just show up or I'd have to call. Broke lawn furniture and never offered to replace or compensate. Would not accept any credit cards of any type and did not have written in the contract, you're informed at time of payment, all to avoid paying transaction fees. STAY CLEAR."
