"Worst insurance to get! Customer no service!"

"Claim #055905663: I doubt anything will be done about this because the claim adjuster Jessica and her manager have both been fighting me tooth and nail about my claim. My adjuster claimed that my kitchen tile cracked because of a dragging motion done by the mitigation company which I have proof that they did not cause it. The cracks in my tile were caused from the bathroom that flooded upstairs and onto my kitchen counters knocking things onto the floor. This was from a toilet, so now those cracks also have toilet water in them causing the crack to expand on my tile even more. Also, my carpet got wet upstairs and they are only replacing the carpet in the bedroom. My carpet upstairs is all one piece. So there will soon be a seam between my bedroom door and the rest of the house and that if I am lucky enough I may find the same carpet to match. At first they did not even want to replace the tile in the bathroom even though it was clearly caving in the bathroom from the flood. My bathroom flooding made a mess of the living room and kitchen. I even had to argue that all the cabinets in the kitchen need to be replaced because they would not match if they replaced one area. They also refuse to cover two coats of paint, so I will only have one coat of paint. My electrical in the kitchen went out and everything. The guy I picked to do my restoration gave them an esimate and they will just not listen to his estimate which covers all the issues I am writing about."

"TERRIBLE!! we had one of the worst storms in Las Vegas history and my roof leaked. The adjusters are doing everything they can to deny my roof repair and relocation even after a roof report from a roof company that confirms it was caused by wind driven rain. Getting a public adjuster involved and an attorney if I have to. Do not recommend!!"
