"Crystal, Doug, and the entire team at BYOP are absolutely world-class. Bar-none, the BEST pool company in the area, and it's not even close. We found them on Yelp and needed some guidance for our pool project. We wanted something contemporary without breaking the bank. Upon reaching out, we promptly were contacted by Crystal, who completely blew us away with the design she put together. From there, we chose to go under contract, and every step of the way, BYOP and their entire team of contractors were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They kept us in the loop throughout the 6 month process of the build and once it was finished, went out of their way to teach us how to use all of the pool's features, how to maintain it, and what to do if we encountered any problems. To show how truly incredible they are, we had a couple of components fail about 6 months into ownership and instead of telling us to call the part manufacturer or giving us the run around, they went out of their way to help us and fixed both problems with no fuss at all. This company is the best there is. We have a dream setup in one of our homes thanks to this team and they did it at a truly unbeatable price. If you want a phenomenal pool, look no further. You won't find a better team."

Bridget was great from the beginning and offered a few options for our design, explaining very well the choices we had to make my decisions easy. I think from the design standpoint, she has listened very well to my wants and came up with the best design possible. Once the job started, Bob was our project manager. Always a text away. Very responsive with all the questions we had. I felt like it was an easy process and I didn’t had to wonder what was going on at any time, as both Bob and Bridget kept us always informed. "We wanted a beautiful multi function pool with a wet deck, a shallow area to walk around, a deep end for cannon balls, a swimming lane. Seemed like we wanted to much out of a 30' x 16' pool but Robyn worked tirelessly with us and our constant changes and updates to dial in exactly what we wanted. Bob took care of all the construction phases and permits. Everything was fast and efficient. The construction workers of all phases were careful not to damage anything and they all got the job done right. Crystal and Robyn both came out to our house to look at different stages and helped us choose the right tiles and decking along with the right colors. They are all very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. We spent a couple months going back and forth with how we wanted it designed and they had it built in less than five months from the start. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful service they provided and they were within a couple percent of the quoted price. A couple percent lower, so it was a little less than we expected, but they were honest with us about everything we asked. We highly recommend BYOP for any pool project."
