"My experience at this Leslie's has been great. They're always super helpful and willing to dispense free advice about what I should do to help fix the water in my pool. I started going there for their free water testing because I needed an independent source to verify that my pool guy was not getting the job done and ended up buying some supplies from them to help fix the problem. Not only did the stuff they sell me resolve the issues I was having with my water but after resolving the issue myself, it was an easy decision to let my pool guy go. If you're having trouble maintaining your pool or it's equipment, I recommend going in there and having a conversation with them at least once, it will be worth your time."

"DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this particular Leslie's pool supplies. This is the 2nd time I've taken my Rebel pool cleaner to them. The first time I was told there is not issues yet my pool cleaner stopped moving. I brought it down a 2nd time and advised it could be a possible wheel issue. Per the assistant manager Morgan she didn't work on it so it must have been Diana since they are the only 2 who work at this store. I was charged $51 to replace one of the wheels and was told this "should" fix the issue but if not we'll just change out the other wheel. The whole point was to fix the cleaner I have since its only a year old and looks to be in good condition rather than pay $450 for a new one. This was even the advice by Diana. Get home and the cleaner works again. About an hour later the cleaner has one wheel going around and around by the main drain with the wheel and parts laying on the pool floor. Not sure if any parts were sucked down the main drain or into the cleaner as it went around and around. This could be a very costly issue for me and I paid for a repair that actually wasn't done properly. I feel I was scammed and when you call the customer service line to place a formal complaint the calls are sent out of country. Bravo Leslie's, way to scam your customers out of money and not have to worry when your store manager doesn't actually make repairs but you charge your customers for. Extremely disappointed to say the least."

"This leslie's is fantastic. I take my pool samples, they tell me the parameters. I don't always buy their products, because they are pricey on some things. But they are still always helpful. They have also taken apart my vacuum several times and fixed it, for free, sometimes without even needing parts. Highly recommend."
