"UPDATE as of 02/08/2024- Creative Spas personnel showed up at 7:30 a.m. for our 8 a.m. appointment. I completely appreciate the timeliness. The crane company - Houston's Crane Service- arrived at 8:30 a.m. The installers were professional and prompt. 02/06/2024- My husband has been wanting a hot tub for a long time. We shopped around for months. We chose the Artesian brand due to it being based right here in Las Vegas- we're hoping if a repair is needed, the supplies and service will be readily available. We went shopping for one on 01/27/2024. The manager was our salesperson. It was an easy experience, no non-sense, not a pushy salesman- which was appreciated. A good sales experience overall. Delivery for our new hot tub was scheduled yesterday 02/05/2024 at 10 a.m. They said they wanted someone at the house for delivery so we planned our life around it. He took off work in order to be home for the delivery. AFTER our scheduled delivery time, my husband received a call that delivery would be cancelled due to rain. First of all, rain was no surprise. If that was a known issue that would cancel delivery, give us a heads-up - at best, the day before- not as good but even hours ahead of time would've been more acceptable. Second, when you make a purchase (the amount of a car) , I expect some customer service and common courtesy for the customer's time. Now the delivery has been rescheduled to Thursday 02/08/2024 at 8 a.m. This time I will be taking off work to be home for delivery. I am hopeful for a smooth , on-time delivery tomorrow. I'll update my review according and let you know how the hot tub is."
