"Worst Leslie’s in town, the manager mood swing rapidly if you aren’t considered worth his time. He straight up lied to me about replacement parts for my pool floor pop up heads, stating it was too old and they made no parts to replace them. A quick search on google showed he was wrong. Instead I went to the shop on N. Buffalo and spent $10k on parts, pumps, and a pool heater and will never go back to this shop. Despite it being next door to me and shops I frequent often. My advice is to stay as far a away as possible and realize he doesn’t care about you. He will get on here and apologize but don’t believe him for a second"

"I normally go to the Ailanta location. But, the service was extremely bad today! So had to come to this location! And I am glad I did! Went in and Grant J was extremely nice ,helpful and friendly. He told me were to go in the store to get the brush I was looking for. It was my first time in this location. He asked for my phone number to see if I had cash rewards.
