"I contacted AHS to get maintenance on my pool. They let me know that they would be using this company and I looked at the reviews and got really scared. I even asked them to send me a different vendor, but they said that they couldn’t I was very unhappy, but I figured oh well I don’t have a choice. I will give them a shot, they called me the very next day after placing the order with my warranty and said that they could be on site same day. The tech arrived and was nothing but professional and nice the entire time he fixed my heater and was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and just seem like an all-around good guy. Needless to say, if my home warranty sends this company again, I will not be complaining at all. In fact, I will be actually Be asking for them. It just goes to show that sometimes the ratings are not accurate. Maybe there is something that has changed within this company the past few months They are really trying to build good relationships. Either way quick and easy fix and I’m nothing but smiles."

"This company was sent to my house by my home warranty. The service guy arrived in slippers and then check the power to one plug in my pool heater. He removed zero screws and said my igniter was out. He said he would advise the home warranty company we received a quote for $5400 to repair the pool heater as in his determination of the problem, he said condensation had ruined the burners. Mind you he did not remove one screw or look inside the pool heater at the burners. I contracted my own pool service company. They looked at the burners and advised they had been replaced within the last five years and were in perfect condition replaced the igniter and I’m back up and running if I could give zero stars I would."

"POOR SERVICE- I would not recommend this company, after arranging a date and time to come to my home, a person came out to repair my pool pump, he didn't get the authorization for the home warranty at the time of the visit, to repair the pump, he left....7 days has passed. I've called, texted and left multiple messages on their answering machine. NO REPLY. I called the home warranty to file a complaint, when I spoke with the agent, she stated that Emerald pools hasn't even called to get the work authorized yet. I am unable to refuse services from Emerald since they showed up at my residence, I can't request a new pool company without loosing my fee. So, I'm left with a subpar service from this company. I should have read reviews first before allowing them to come to my home."

"I agree with all the reviews. They were sent out by the home warranty. The technician told me I was wrong on multiple occasions. Not only was the problem not fixed but now the pool won’t shut off. There are more problems than when I called the warranty company! He pulled everything apart and put it back together to where it doesn’t work. Good luck contacting them. The warranty company made them call back. I was told the problem isn’t covered and how I could fix the problems they left behind. Find anyone else!"
