"Recently went in to ask about pool chemicals. This clerk Julianna who has a name tag as an "assistant manager" at first seemed kind but when I started to ask questions about pool chemicals she started immediately talking fast and about stuff she had and did not have in stock and saying but it's going to cost you "over $120 I'll tell you that". She made me feel as if I couldn't afford it. Since she was going fast and as I mentioned to her being a new pool owner I asked again for the names of chemicals and process to clear out the issues my pool was having she started gasping as if annoyed and still said everything very fast and started walking towards the shock and grabbed a bag and slammed it where she could saying sure she could sell me a bag and when it came to the chlorine tablets I was confused because I had previously purchased individual ones elsewhere and she seemed very upset over me asking of they sold individual packs. I should've walked out at that moment but still decided to buy the shock. All I came in for shock and tablets and that's it and some information as she seemed kind in the beginning. There was one customer being helped by someone else so I figured I could ask for some guidance. No patience for new customers. They only sell in bulk and when asking for smaller packs or things they don't have you're immediately shut down. No good and kind customer service at all. I actually found everything I needed at lowes and cheaper."

"Exceptionally poor customer service. I was attempting to buy a solar cover and trying to describe the odd shape of my pool. The clerk constantly interrupted and ignored the dimensions of the pool I provided. He was loud and rude and provided no helpful information. I left and will buy the cover elsewhere."
