"Tech showed up for a warranty claim. He spent all of about 5 minutes at the home assured me there was no problem and they would warranty it. Then upon leaving the home calls the home warranty to say it’s a pre existing condition so that they deny the claim."

Since then, they work diligently to assist me. I have also purchased repairs not covered by warranty and they gave me fair pricing and fast service. "Do not recommend. Pool was never properly vacuumed (used a net with a little fan on it instead of hose and it doesnt pick up sand, dirt,etc.), baskets werent emptied, tablets not replenished, and pool never scrubbed so now I have a calcium ring that needs to be removed. Proper weekly maintenance would have avoided this. Owner blamed wind on incompetence and kept on forgetting to tell his employees to do their job and actually clean my pool. Didnt even attempt to remedy situation. After a year, my pool is worse off than when they started touching it. After complaining for three weeks about pool not getting cleaned, owner still asked me to pay for the month and told me I would be marked a "stiff" in his books if I didnt. Seriously?"

"Owner often out of state. The cleaner didn’t seem to get along well with owner. Very poor communication. They didn’t take time with the pool and for the money you may do much better. With so much competition I’m not sure how they are in business."
