"I have used this store since 2013. Bill, the owner, is an encyclopedic knowledge base for pools, problems, chemicals, and equipment. Yes I have purchased from NPS before they sold out at times and even Amazon. But the advice and service I've received from Bill and this store has always been spot on and freely given. I have the print out of every water test they have performed for me so I can track changes in my pool. Last week my own testing indicated (I'm still trying to get the hand of doing this myself) I needed acid added. I added the amount indicated by the reading and charts I have pulled from computer. Followed up with their Blue Water Bright liquid to make it sparkle. Worked beautifully! Next morning pool water was super cloudy, tested and it was bonkers! Down to the store frantically with water sample (I'd only been in a couple of days earlier for a test and I hate to abuse that service) and Bill instantly told me the problem and then tested confirming his initial diagnosis. My old pool water had chlorine but it was nor free. Handed me a bag of conditioner and told me it would do the job. When I got home (I did pay for it of course because it is a store) I broadcast it as Bill had carefully instructed. I boosted my variable speed pump to top speed and within 2 to 3 hours my pool was sparking, beautiful clear water with reflections as if diamonds were in it. YES Leslie's prices tend to be higher. But I'm on my 3rd pool (1 in Florida and 2 in NV) and out of all the pool stores I've done business with Bill is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met!"
