"Non-responsive owner, can’t get ahold of anyone other than Billing. They charge way more than other companies I’ve recently researched, but their quality is bottom-tier. They were supposed to be keeping the pool maintained, but apparently the pool chemical balance was all wrong and now we need to flush the water. Broke some of our pool equipment and won’t replace it. Got emails a couple weeks saying they came and cleaned the pool, but cameras showed that they never showed up. Have called the main contact multiple times, leaving voicemails, but haven’t gotten a call back in over a week. Don’t give this business your money."
