"EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ: I've been trying for over a week to get my funds out of my Merrill Lynch account wired to close escrow. The whole week Christopher Godbey ignored my request from me and from Bank of America. Due to Christopher neglect I missed having my funds wired to close escrow on Thursday. Christopher locked my account so he was the only person that was able to do anything with my account such as send or transfer funds to my Bank of America account. I didn't give Chris Godbey any authorization to have total control over my account he just took it. On Saturday I went to Bank of America so they could help me wire my funds to the title company that has been waiting since Thursday withing this entire time I haven't been able to reach Chris and he has ignored my requests online and by text, I've left numerous messages as well all have been ignored. Even at Bank of America they too didn't understand why he had my account set up that way and even tried to call him but Chris was unable to be reached so they sent him a email to respond which he didn't. Bank of America even reached out to Merrill Lynch and they too didn't know why he had my account locked for his review only. The person from Merrill Lynch said I should speak to the fraud department because this didn't Look right. Today I finally got in touch with Chris and instead of wiring my funds to the title company that has been waiting on my wire since last Thursday all he can say since I want to use my money to purchase a house and not use his services then he was cancelling his service which I didn't sign up to have bye Chris in the first place. Now I have to wait for my funds now to be transferred to my Bank of America account which is going to take more days which I don't have since I need the funds to close escrow. Chris needs to be investigated internally for not granting what I wanted to do with my own money. Since he wasn't going to make money off me buying a house he did all he could to block me from purchasing a home for my family. Chris could of at least sent the wire knowing that I've reached out to multiple people to get this wire completed instead say he sees that his services aren't a fit for me and screwed me even more that he has already has done. I will never use or recommend Merrill Lynch to anyone and will be pulling all my money out of Merrill Lynch due to Chris Godbey."

"Merrill Lynch has been good for my investments. I want to make a suggestion, please keep your West Coast wealth management offices open until 5 PM PST. At least keep one person there in case a client needs to drop off checks. I understand the stock market closes on the East Coast at 5pm EST, but you’re not servicing people in other time zones."
