They are both family men, which that also helped my wife and I when making our decision to invest with them. They explain things so it makes sense and never push us to do annything extremely risky. I love their investing style. Their new office is incredible. It’s a little hard to park with all the construction but once you’re in, you feel VIP. Big upgrade from the old Summerlin location. "Horrible experience. My father died tragically a couple of months ago. I still have not received the beneficiary IRA though I have provided everything this office has requested. As far as handling a death claim they have been a terrible disappointment. They don't respond to requests for specific answers,nor do they seem to care much in light of this tragic events. They just keep delaying with no clear explanation,just it "should" payout and "hopefully" it will process,etc. As a financial advisor myself I find the way Karen in this office is handling this is a bad reflection of this branch or maybe it's just the way they operate, I haven't heard from Mr. Duff either. Very stressful experience working with this branch."
