"Best experience I have ever had with an electrical job. My retired parents just got a house in Keaau. I came to get it ready for them and on arrival I found the switches for the water pump were suddenly not working. I texted ACE and he came within an hour and got me back and running until I could get the replacement parts. He offered to get them but said I would save money if I went and got them myself which I was happy to do. He could’ve easily milked it for more time but didn’t. I only got charged one hour total for diagnosis and to replace several breaker switches - for something that I thought was a major problem. I thought it was mice and so did he when he first came. His quick testing assessment were truly impressive. It turned out to be burnt breaker switches. He said there must have been a power surge in the area that caused many breakers to burn out at once. I am super grateful for the quick and honest repair. I will be doing more work on the house electrical now that I found a great connection. Very happy!"
