"Stumbled upon this secret post office and will not be going to the Kapolei Post Office unless I absolutely have to. No line, quick service, friendly employee and lots of parking. I am unsure of the hours but I know it closes at 1230 on Saturdays. Be warned: the outside of the building looks a little rundown, could use a cleaning and appears closed....but be assured, they are open for business. Outside of that, pretty glad I found this place!"

"I understand most complained about incoming mails and packages, but the post person Letisha is awesome. She may be the only one manning the front desk, but she was quick and very helpful to the customers. I was there for a while because i had to do my packing in the post office, so i saw how she treated all the customers. Very friendly and is personable. The building may be old, but it is what it is. The service is more important. Another post person worked in the back, he organized stuff, cut grass and made sure i didn't leave any of my stuff. They're hard workers and I am glad I chose to mail my boxes."

"The put on hold for more than 45 minutes. The automated gives some options but not to talk the operator. They should have a 808 number instead of 800 number."

"Facility needs to be bigger and with at least two counter people to assist. No upgrades. The facility in Kapolei is horrible. No parking, lines out the door, and too small. For the size of Kapolei and Makakilo, there should be a full service facility like at the airport, mililani, waipahu, etc.... Kapolei is growing and our USPS in our area is not."
