"Schedule appointments online for noon then have a sign up between 11:30 and 12:30 that they're at lunch. Make you reschedule your appointment even though you were there at noon, claiming they were "looking for you through the blinds" like you should have known that."

"Rather busy around the late afternoon around 2pm to closing but overall service is 1000% amazing ! I had an incident where someone sent me a package but to the wrong po box instead of mines and they resolved the problem in three days (cause it was a weekend) but they were so fast and is always filled with aloha ! This was my first time having a problem but it was on my end and not theirs and not once did i not get my packages on time. We appreciate you guys and all your hard work (:"

"look im not the type to leave a one star review but that old white short haired lady has the most attitude, she’s rude like really rude, yall gotta change who does it bc she’s disrespectful and doesn’t know how to be nice. She be complaining, i miss the friendly staff not this one, shes rude and have no class whatsoever"

"Postal Lady old short blond hair with glasses complaining about customers picking up packages. I thought that is what the post office does. Delivers packages. Kind of like a Grocery Clerk complaining about people buying food!"
