"I use them for a couple of years. Year before last they charged me $150 and last year they charged me $250 for the same work. I just called to figure out how much they were going to charge me this year because I didn't like their fluctuation in price and mine is only three 1099s 0ne1098 and one W-2. However they decided not to give me a price this year until it was completed. I explained I am a client but she refused give me a price over the phone and hung up on me. I drove more than 60 miles to go to him but he just saved me a long trip so I guess it's simple question does not get answered and he just lost a client so business must be good."
