"I am a new customer at the Iwalei storage facility and the manager wrote us up for looking for a car title that got lost in our move because we had to shuffle things around because we went there on 12/26 and the elevators were broken and we couldn't access our unit so we had to delay our movers to hold item elsewhere! While we looked for the title the manager wrote us up for loitering or sleeping in the unit. I was unaware that even though we pay for it we have a time limit that we can be in our unit or it's considered loitering or sleeping and they make assumptions anyways they shouldn't profile people there of there looks that is unacceptable and wrong!"

"Kapolei has always been a great facility, clean inside and out, great staff. ONO cookies that the owners mother makes, complimentary water and coffee. Business center is able to use, conference room as long as you’re a tenant you can use at any of their locations. Reasonable prices for great security."

"Stopped in here after moving back to the island. Had to store a bunch of my household items after downsizing places. Great customer service. Jayna was extremely helpful in assisting with pricing and unit sizing. She showed us multiple units and really took her time making sure we got the best unit to fit our needs. I’ve rented at other places on the island and the pricing and customer service is not even close to comparable to Hawaii self storage in Kapolei."

Which to be quite honest surprised me as many companies out there don't care about customer quality services any more.
