"I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service, or lack thereof, at the Waialua Post Office. The manner in which — Kenneth —operates is nothing short of disgraceful. During my year of living at the Waialua Post Office address range, I have been subjected to consistent discrimination, unwarranted harassment, and openly hostile behavior. Kenneth has taken it upon himself to repeatedly hold our packages, failing to notify us of their arrival. This reached its climax when he yelled at me in the store, even going so far as to deny me a receipt for my returned packages. The discrimination does not end with me. My business partner, who is of Russian descent, has been the target of Kenneth's cruel and unwarranted slurs. I tried to approach the situation diplomatically, requesting to speak with the supervisor, Mary. However, even this simple request seemed too much to ask, with another employee informing me that I would need to wait nearly an hour. I want to make it clear that I am taking formal action. I possess proof of Kenneth's outbursts, and any review of the office's security cameras would further validate my claims. To the local community, and potential customers of the Waialua Post Office: please be aware of the discriminatory and hostile environment perpetuated by Kenneth. We, as tax-paying citizens and patrons, deserve better."

"I would give 5 stars because 1 of the rural carriers is top notch and she does her best each work day. However, a few of the employees do not work with good ethics. Another female carrier would constantly badger the top notch carrier berating her and calling her slow and that she should be back on time. The postmaster of the post office does not treat his employees as an equal. He treats the top notch rural carrier very very badly. He does not sympathize with her at all. The employees of the waialua post office are incredible jerks and even worse the boss treats 1 of the carriers like trash. This post office deserves the worst of reviews."

"so many important things in the mail, will never show up here. forced to use a PO box since it is across the street, but so far have lost a check, 2 replacement cards and an entire a package. but all the junk mail will show up."

"The people at the Waialua Post Office DO NOT CARE!!!! They do not pick up the phone and when there is a problem with carriers or delivery. My packages have been lost or miss delivered at least 4 times a month. Even after making a claim to get my packages back, THEY NEVER RESPOND, leaving customers to feel they are nothing but a nuisance to the post office. REMEMBER IT IS THE PUBLIC THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CARING FOR."
