"Short version for folks in a hurry: Tanner and his team are first rate professionals with a respectable and in-depth wealth of financial knowledge. I learn something new and unexpected with each visit. Long version for folks with a cup of coffee and a few minutes on their hands.... I've been a client for a year and a half now. I'll admit I initially signed up for the presentation just to get the free meal, but Tanner and his presentation resonated with me. I found myself paying more attention to his suggestions and observations than the food, which was excellent. Retired military with an additional 15 years of overseas contracting under my belt, I was pretty happy with my retirement portfolio before Tanner. I am even MORE pleased with my portfolio after getting onboard with Tanner and his company. My money continues to grow and beat the conventional market indices, is better diversified and protected against losses, and the portfolio as a whole is creating a smaller tax footprint as well. Tanner is a fiduciary, and is personally vested in the success of my account. I call him Tanner, and he calls me Erik because we are not letters and numbers to each other; we are people. It's a refreshingly nice touch to have this guy running overwatch on my retirement success. He truly is a world-class financial mentor. Lastly, if you look around the Internet you'll find good and bad reviews for everything under the sun, and Wells Capital Group is no different. I did a fair amount of research before signing up with Wells Capital Group. My observations are that the majority of the negative reviews are from folks in India who got swindled by a person with a very similar business name (Wells Capital Investments). Tanner and his company are not licensed to do business in India, and the bad press from India is NOT a reflection on how talented and insightful Tanner truly is."
