"A super helpful young man clarified a question for us on the mobile application form while we sat at the gate in our car and then followed through in locating the storage unit for us. I cant remember his name, but I think he delayed his lunch hour just for us. Super clean facility and smooth process. Very nice, helpful lady during the original phone inquiry and sign up at the company level as well. Very professional business with a relaxed atmosphere. I hope to rent a larger space as needed in the future. I do not live on Kauai."
