Daniel took our ideas and designed an amazing space for our family. We just moved in to our new house and he had a blank space to work with; every spot was carefully thought about when designing our pool and yard. The team was so fast, thorough and professional. The daily updates & communication on the project were so nice to have and know they cared. Greencare is all inclusive- no subcontractors and we felt it made for a very smooth and fast build. We LOVE our pool & yard!!"

"Disappointment ! Disappointment !! This has really been a horrible experience and a VERY expensive lesson. This was the first time ever building a pool and was so excited about the outcome. I relied on the expertise of their experience to guide me through the process and build what I was looking for. From start to what Greencare called complete, the workmanship is sloppy, and the plumbing design was definitely not of anyone that cared to listen to what their customer wanted or deliver what was promised at contract signing. Customer service is quite horrible with tons of empty promises to fix and address issues. Now here is what I have: one side of the pool that does not pump water correctly (which they insist does). A spa that cannot heat unless the entire pool heats -(Ridiculous !! and we discussed at planning that we just wanted the spa to heat independently!!! ). I have pavers that have gaps and allow debris to collect in and MOSTLY that are too hot to walk on! (I did have cement that could have been made into a cool decking where my kids don't burn their feet but convinced by their sales that this was the "best option"). The coping around the pool is horrible material (recommend again by their sales rep) scrapes your butt if you sit on it- not to mention its too hot to sit on without a towel, and the water stains on it are horrible looking. The bottom of the pool looks horrible with swirls and NOTICEABLE unevenness as though it wasn't textured correctly. I expected "some" unevenness but not to the extent it shows. The pool and spa have two different color grouts because they weren't paying attention and tried to grout over their mistake instead of fixing correctly. We have flooding on one side of my yard when it rains because it's not draining the way they insist it should drain and also didn't put the cap covers back on my patio cover. Drainage cover that doesn't sit tightly against the pavers or even itself. Equipment sitting in a place on the side yard that doesn't allow for any future additions that we discussed and asked to make sure we were allowing for, such as the (ability to build solar) without digging up the yard, which I think they would know that when designing the pool and yard!!! Why? Because I relied on their so called "expertise" and guidance in educating me to picking correct materials (not the cheap end stuff) and helping me with a design that would allow the pool and the decking to be comfortable and FUNCTIONAL the way we discussed at the planning for the use we were looking for. And should I have known better and picked different materials?? Done a different layout? Absolutely!!! Except I relied on their experience and recommendations even when explaining thoroughly what we wanted! I'm so disappointed in the process. I would've expected to be guided in the design to get exactly what I explained and promised the pool would do. For the expense a homeowner pays for a pool, I would think the workmanship would have been quality as well. I had to make several requests to fix issues, several months of begging to come back out, and responses of "that's the way it works". We still have some building issues, ground items, that no one has ever fixed - almost a year later and promised. Honestly, I'm too exhausted to beg and call time after time to have a repair. Now if I want anything fixed or changed, it's an additional expense. I would recommend anyone reading this "do yourself a favor and run" go with a company that "may" charge more. It's worth the peace of not having the aggravation of poor workmanship, poor design and horrible customer service. I'm stuck with a VERY expensive pool and spa that I can't even enjoy fully. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you work hard for your money and don't want a headache. By the way, I waited for almost a year to write this review as this has been so heartbreaking. Very Disappointed and Stuck !!!"

"Amazing process and it is very fast and smooth. Excavation literally took a day to dig. Once you sign the contract, they will start working right away. All the communication is great so far. They will keep you up to date on everything. Tim the manager will come by and make sure the work is done and everything is under the code. I love the process so far. Now the pool is done after 4 months. It looks very nice. I updated the pictures. The communication is always there. I was updated weekly to know what is going on or what the next process will be. You have to patience for the pool process because sometimes they don’t have control over certain things. Tim the manager always on top of everything. I’m pretty impress."

"We have inquired with several companies to design our pool, and by far, Greencare offers the best designs, at the best price, with great customer service. Brandon, our project manager has made the process extremely easy for us, and the crew are all very friendly. The area manager, Tim, is always around checking on the project, which gives us a sense of certainty that if anything goes wrong, he'll be onsite and will make sure it's taken care of. We can't wait to see our finished project!"

"We had called around to a few pool companies, to no avail. We were stood up for appointments, never heard back, or didn't get a call back as promised. Then I saw a lawn sign on Cactus for Greencare Pools. Not only did they set an appointment to look at the backyard and discuss options right away, but they were knowledgeable, up front, and welcoming from the first interaction through project completion. The design process, design changes, and options were explained and followed through, and honestly were effortless for us. We were very nervous making such a permanent decision to our house, but we are beyond happy with the process, the job, and communication we received from Greencare. Thank you for turning our boring, useless backyard into a beautiful oasis for the kids to spend the summer in! You guys rock!"
