"BUYER BEWARE / SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE!!! This company took 11 months, to install a basic pool. No extras, 11 months. The real amount of time at the house was 7 weeks, spread out to 11 months!! They lie, they misrepresented, and they don’t care. My mother hired Premier Pools to install a pool, she is 80 years old and they took advantage of her kind nature. They made promises they didn’t keep, they told us the bad reviews were from the supply chain issue and it wasn’t a problem any longer. They recently took $7,000 from her for a pool cover in November and she still hasn’t received the cover. We have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Please DON’T DO IT!! BEWARE!!!"

He was always responsive, and accommodating for us for the fact we live out of state. They were on schedule as planned and gave great recommendations for landscaping. "Worst experience with building a pool for the first time. The sales person we had, Alex Hernandez, was fired for bad service. Dont trust him if you meet him somewhere else selling you a pool. Attached is my unfinished pool after a year. Three of my neighbors around me used different companies, started 6 months after me, and their pools are much further along. I should have looked at the reviews first before deciding. All we have been hearing is short staffing......I think the staff went to the other companies that my neighbors are using."

"WARNING. Be careful to use the services of this company! I was offered a price of $38,800 for my pool construction. Here are the problems I had during my yearlong nightmare: - Deadlines were missed - They started building, then didn't do anything for weeks. Construction was delayed several weeks. - One year (!) after they started building the pool is still not finished - No reaction to emails or certified letters - Even after involving the BBB (Better Business Bureau) not much happened. BBB can not do much if the company does not react - Only after complaining to the State Contractors Board some improvements were done (only because they can lose their licence). Still, some of the damages were still ignored - After Premier Pools claimed to have finished their work a total of 14 defects had to be corrected. As per today, six of them are still due to be repaired (i.e. spa loses water. Paint on the wall of our house. Concrete at walls. Tiles are crooked) - Ron Bennet Jr. of Premier Pools offers the worst customer service you will ever experience. Please check out other reviews on here. A terrible company to give your business to.
