"Paid a ton of money to have a pool/deck installed $000,000.00 and then had to do half of everything again. Business owner took no personal responsibility for installation defects and material selections. After having pool tile and deck redone $00,000.00 found out that proper drainage was not used and tile was not set solid on pool walls creating holes for water to pop off tile. They did not even fix or replace the water light that never hung properly inside the pool. They misaligned the deck and autofill and pool intake and would not remedy the difficult access to pull out pool debris. When reported this situation to Contractor's Board found out their subs were not licensed. CAUTION TAPE with this outfit. They act real nice until things don't work."

"We are very happy with our experience with Green O'Aces. Ace and his team took very good care of us, especially during a difficult time marred by supply chain and labor shortage issues, due mostly to the post-COVID marketplace! We love the end product- every element of the design Ace created for us turned out perfect (see the pic below). The process allowed us to make some changes along the way, which we needed, as certain elements and materials look one way on paper, but are a little different once they are three dimensional in your yard. Sure, there were a few minor change orders, but overall the pricing was very reasonable, especially vs. the other 6 pool builders we met with before our project. We highly recommend them, and would gladly use them again!"

"This company built a brand new pool in the home we recently purchased. The pool has all the new technology but the company will not come out to give a tutorial on how to work the "fancy" pool they built and how to maintain it. They refer to another service. The customer service representatives on the phone were unhelpful. Fredrico came out and offered to teach us after checking the pool pumps then never showed up and the company couldn't hold him to his word. This company is inconsistent and has terrible service. It has been extremely frustrating dealing with them. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"My experience with Green O’ Aces was exceptional. Ace and Ric are great to work with and always available when needed. They did a great job answering all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. We love how they pay attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing and easy to work with people that are responsive, educated, and most importantly honest. Our pool and back yard were completed on schedule and all of the contractors were professional and did an outstanding job. We talked to other local pool companies, Ace by far had the best presentation and was the most professional. Loved looking at his computer renderings of his design, they were awesome. Our pool was done in the time and budget that he quoted us. Everything turned out amazing, down to the details. Ace is very personable and a great guy to work with."
