"The service was horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get a drink menu even tho the pool was not busy. After we ordered the drinks, the server brought them 25 min after the order. We also had to ask for a food menu 5 times and the server closed our check without asking if we wanted food or anything else. After being at the pool for almost 1:45 minutes we managed to order food. The drinks were taken from us with the excuse “ I thought you guys left” even tho we were laying on the chairs. Overall horrible service. I am highly disappointed."

"Nice pool where locals get in free. The restaurant attached serves drinks from time of open, and starts serving food and hour after open. The pool is located up the elevator and very easy to spot. Free Parking is available"

"This place is perfect if you’re looking for a chill vibe and not the Vegas party scene! Grant it we went on a cloudy day but we still had a good time! The manager, Quintera White, is amazing and so professional! She took care of my friends and I and made sure our time at Laguna was top tier! If you book a cabana ask for her and you will not be disappointed! So shout out to her and thank you Quintera for everything! We will definitely be back! ☺️"

"Located on the 6th floor of Palms Place, this relaxing small pool features a full service bar, decent food menu, cabanas, and lifeguards making sure kids aren't annoying other guests. Available to all Palms guests, not just Palms Place, so finding empty chairs can be difficult at times. A great place to soak in the sun until it's too hot, jump in the pool to cool down, lay out to dry off with a drink, then repeat over and over all day!"
