"This has to be the worst pool on the strip. There are barely any chairs and the small number they do have are for rental only. The pools are tiny and boring - decent views of Paris, but otherwise a complete joke. There are areas to sit in the sun in a large concrete area, which just looks hot and boring. I would never recommend this area."
"Wednesday, July 19th I was at the pool bar cafe, whatever you call it, the one inside right off the pools. There was no menu on the wall, and I had no idea what to order. I saw the frozen machine where they serve fruit flavors, and I saw Pina Colada, which is my favorite drink. The two ladies who worked there were standing and chatting. I waited for a minute. Finally, the Asian-American female came to me. I informed her that I am deaf and wanted to order a Pina Colada. I pointed to the Pina Colada, then I also pointed to one of the alcohols that mixes with Pina Colada. I pointed to the medium-sized cup. She made the drink, and then I pointed to another drink for my wife. She loves strawberry, and I wanted the same alcohol. She made that drink too. Finally, she put real fruit (pineapple) on top of my cup. I didn't want it, but it was too late. I gave her a thumbs-up anyway. She did the same thing to my wife's cup, with real strawberries. I paid for the drinks and gave her a 10% tip, because there was no menu and she had me waiting for a minute while she and the other lady chatted. Two days later, I came in again with my wife. This time, I had the bar menu on my phone. I had looked it up before we came in. We ordered the same drinks we had two days ago. The same female bartender made both drinks, but before she tried them, she grabbed the wrong size cups. I told her we wanted medium cups, and we didn't care if it was more expensive. When it came to the real fruit, we managed to stop her and tell her we didn't want it. She looked at us like we were weird and gave us attitude. I tried to tell her that we didn't like it. We didn't care if it came with the drink on the menu, we just didn't want it. We would throw the fruit away anyway, but we didn't want to waste it. We politely said no thank you. She ignored us, and I was fed up with her attitude. I gave her zero tip. She deserved it. That's why I gave the place one star."
"Quite a joke for a "resort pool". Very small and they had one of the pools closed. They're both small so it made the one area too crowded. The gambling tables weren't even going nor was the flowrider. Worst of all it is just run down and yet they're trying to charge you just to sit on a beach chair. FYI Bellagio (an actual resort pool) doesn't charge for chairs. This whole "resort" was quite a joke"
"Save your money and go to another pool. This facility has bad reviews and for good reason. They stole 200$ from me and my girls. We booked a girls trip for a few days and I treated the ladies to a very overpriced daybed at the pool (200$ Canadian) just to lay on a few cushions. If you don’t think that’s bad, how about stealing 200$ from us. We wanted to start a tab so we could order a few drinks but they told us they needed a credit card to hold onto until the bill was settled. We had no problem with this so we provided them with a card. At the end of our visit, we settled our 144.10$ bill (200$ Canadian) in CASH, come to find out 2 days later that they also charged our credit card for the full amount. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days to rectify the issue and of course, there is not a soul to speak to. 600$ for a pool day and a couple of drinks could have been MUCH better spent literally anywhere else. We now have to see if we can dispute the charges with our credit card company. Wish I read reviews sooner because I’ve seen reviews from others who had the same experience."
"So let me start by saying we had a wonderful trip to Planet Hollywood and Vegas. Everything other than the Cabana rental was great. With that said, for $500 for the day, there should be something included other than a covered area. Where were the waitresses? When we finally had a waitress come to our side of the pool (3 hours after arrival), she gave us an excuse about needing to eat due to medications. Having to walk to the bar is ridiculous when you are paying for a cabana with ZERO perks. What is the point? There were plenty of open places to sit. The other issue was that we paid for a cabana in the adults-only pool only to learn that the adult pool was closed. We would have to pick a cabana at the general pool. For the most part, there were not many children but, there is no reason to rent a cabana here as it is expensive and offers nothing for the money."
