"Clean and not crowded"

"I recently bought a part time home in this community. I was warned that the HOA was overbearing and quickly learned what that meant. I made a rolling stop, completely safe, at a 3 way intersection inside of the neighborhood. There was a patrol man hiding in the bushes taking pictures of people making rolling stops. I was given a $100 fine. I went to a “hearing” where i asked for a warning and pointed out there was nothing reckless or dangerous about what I did. They have zero intentions of giving anyone a warning. EVERY SINGLE resident left their “hearings” angry and money out of pocket. This is a complete money grab by the management group and they should be ashamed of themselves. Every single person present on that “board” is lacking the proper ethics required of a board member. It was a disgusting site to see and they should be embarrassed and ashamed. Abusing the powers the community has entrusted them with..I wish I knew before I bought here…because I would NOT have bought here. I’ve since learned this is the MO of this management group. Price gouging with petty tickets and harassing residents is par for the course."
