"One they don’t listen. Canceled about 14 days ago and had money in there bank! I was told 7-10 business days for the money. Called back 10 business days later oh you need to call thins number to have your fund’s returned to you! And your last payment went out on Friday. So I called canceled and they still sent in a payment after I told all those have been removed from my Credit report! So now about 300 less than original and have to say 7-10 business day…"

"Hired Stonepoint for credit card consolidation. Payed them 700 dollars a month for 26 months to get it done. Three years after they said they had completed their services I get sent a summons to appear in Superior court for debt Stonepoint said they settled. Found out later they didn't settle 1/4 of the debts. If you're looking to have your credit ruined and end up in court, Stonepoint Legal Group is who you want."

"This is a scam!! I had 3 credit cards with a total of around $20,000 in debt. I paid stone point around 18k. They pocketed over 8k, settled 2 of the smallest credit cards and left the largest, 14k, unsettled. At the end of my contract, which was almost 5 years, I was left with an 18k credit card (interest and fees), a judgment against me, and stone point saying they couldn’t do anything until I pay them thousands more. There actions should be criminal."

"I would not recommend these people to my worst enemies. They lied by telling me that they reached settlements with a company. When I spoke to the company, they said they had never negotiated with them. I paid them all the money that we agreed to and they did not even settle several accounts. I paid more to them and my accounts than I owed in the beginning. Now you can not even talk to anyone. BE AWARE. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I wish I could give them negative stars."

"Feel so overwhelmed and lost after 3 years of on time payments to this company and little to no resolution. I have tried to communicate after my last payment was made with outstanding debt and NO calls back, no responses to email. They also agreed to pay one of my creditors monthly while I was enrolled and stop paying then after a few months. I tired to get answers to account for my money and nothing. I feel like this company is a scam."
