"Y'all need to seriously check your personnel from the ticketing counter and train them on customer care. Lady took a personal call in the middle of checking our group in, "no, I've got time, what's up?", then made it OUR problem she couldn't get herself straight despite laying out that we had minors with checked bags multiple multiple multiple times, then hurrying us over and over saying she only need the adults' boarding passes, then shouting at us that she still needed the minors boarding passes, despite SHOUTING at my young siblings that they didn't need to check their boarding passes over and over. Tried writing in to their chat agents to complain, and they sent me another link to send my complaint and told me "we apologize as there is really nothing we can do." Entirely unprofessional experience, incredibly miffed as I have never had an airline experience like this with any airline before."

"Wow.. What a joke. Can I not give a star? The representative Zen at the check-in desk was very rude. No smile. She was not even saying Good morning. The experience was anything but ZEN. Is this supposed to be the first impression of Hawaiian Airlines? What a shame."

"Terrible customer service. Cancelled my original flight coming to Hawaii and put me on another, then canceled my flight (again!) coming back home. If I hadn’t gone to check in, I wouldn’t have known about the cancellation. Never again."

"Isn't this some kind of cheating by Hawaiian Airlines? I'm a good customer! Bought a First Class seat for $928. Needed to change date of travel by one day! Online a First Class seat on my new day was $724! Hawaiian advertises NO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION FEES but online (and over the phone) they tried to charge me $35 MORE for a seat offered at $204 LESS! I had to call their offshore call center (long wait) and was told I could not have the residual value as a credit ($204 difference in my favor) but they waived the extra $35! I believe NO OTHER AIRLINE treats their customers like that. I would have used my $204 credit towards another seat on Hawaiian but now I won't book with them anymore."
