"The food was less than acceptable and the price was outrageous. Our subway on Kauai charges by the sub and on “what toppings you choose” I have never had this kind of treatment before. The sandwich artist charged me $6 extra for adding banana peppers and pickles but my receipt showed 2 extra meet choices. Our pretzel was rock hard and inedible. I will never come back here."

"Literally the most sloppy presentation of a sandwich ive ever seen and ate. I've been to every subway but this is the worst one. Not only just the not caring of their food but her service was unacceptable. Very rude"

"Walked in November 17th, to order a sandwich. The girl was making four sandwiches for an on line order. The place was empty, she basically ignored me working slow as molasses in making these sandwiches. I asked is there anyone else that can take my order, she said “no, I have to make these first”. Observing the lack of enthusiasm, her poor attitude and acted like I bothered her being there, I walked out and went next door to Panda Express. Don’t waste your time with Subway, they have consistently bad service in all there stores."

"Good tasting subs. But….it’s expensive. Starting around $9-$15 for a six inch sub and some Pro subs up around $24. The inside was pretty standard with 7-8 tables and it was clean. The staff seemed new, but we knew they were giving it their all. There’s lots of free parking, but this plaza was very busy. Lots of food venues and stores nearby. So you might need to drive around for a spot. This subway is located in the Kona Commons and is right off a major road."
