"Bad service, won't use taxi Joe again. My fare was over DOUBLE what they quoted me on the phone. I called the company and asked for a quote to the airport. I gave them my exact address, they punched it in and told me it would cost $30. The cab driver, Mathew, picked us up on time, but got off the freeway for some reason and took Ali'i drive which turned a 25 min ride into a 45 min ride. The meter said $75!!! We didn't get much of an answer from our driver Mathew. Just mumbled something when I asked him why he got off the highway. We paid, but will never recommend taxi Joe to any friends or family on island. When I called the dispatch to ask why the price was so different the guy yelled at me on the phone and was really rude and defensive. Not what I wanted to experience right before I fly away from home. Thanks a lot for stressing me out."

"Wow terrible. I gave the address I was at as well as spent over 5 min. explaining how to get there. Spent 10 minutes outside waiting for driver to arrive, he never came. Called to make sure driver was on the way and said he went to the house and honked outside and then left. Since I was outside I know for sure driver was not at the right address that I gave him. Did not get a call or anything to verify address and was poorly treated on top of that after calling, explaining how pissed off he was that he drove into town and nobody was at the place he drove to. Wouldn't even let me get a word in to give him the correct address again to correct his poor understanding of directions. Good thing I got a ride to the airport on time from a helpful person nearby."
