"We needed a ride from our rental in Poipu to LIH. I received a timely response and price quote to my text message inquiry and we were assigned Maya as our driver. She was very responsive to texts and quick to confirm our ride the day before. The morning of, I realized I needed an emergency item for my father. I texted Maya to inquire if she would be able to make a quick stop at Target after picking us up, and she not only agreed, she asked if she should pick us up a bit earlier to make up for any time we needed to spend at the store (we did drive-up delivery to cut down on the time and also offered to pay her extra to compensate for the unscheduled stop). She arrived on time and was efficient, safe, and incredibly kind during the entire ride. She really showed us the aloha spirit and was a great final encounter with Kauai before we left the island--we are so appreciative of her and I'd recommend A1 Lift to anyone needing transport on the island. Mahalo."
