"I am surprised with the previous critical reviews. I use this company constantly ( I was a property manager, now I am a real estate sales agent, plus I own a few properties) for roaches, bedbugs, termite inspections, etc. They have always been prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, and effective. Plus the price is very reasonable. I am skeptical of the previous reviews because the reviewers say they "met the guy " at the appointment.... I have used this company for years and it is owned by 2 women, and the treatments have always been done by a woman. Regardless, I highly recommend this company."
"I am not happy with this company... I called to have them fumigate my house after moving out. I had scheduled a appointment and was quoted 86$ but had to reschedule so I called 3 days prior to the original appointment, I got the answering machine so I left a message and asked them to call me back... I never received a call back so I kept calling till some one answered ( a week later) I would have called someone else but the price was good and they are down the road from us. I finally got to talk to a person and got a new appointment made. my husband arrived at the house and met the guy there and took care of every thing. when he got home I asked him how much the bill was and he told me 150$...the service was horrible and I was charged double what I was quoted.. I am so so ANGRY with this company... I would not recommend them to even the person I hate the most in the world that is how crappy they are. sincerely unsatisfied customer"
