"Every machine is broken here, has been broken for months, and no one is doing anything to fix it. This is ridiculous. Why even have a laundromat if none of the machines work?? It’s a museum full of broken machines at this point. I’ve been patient enough, but it has been months. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Like honestly this place should just down. It’s a waste of space, waste of everybody’s time, and waste of money since all your dumb machines eats quarters and gives you an error message. Furious."
"When I moved to Waianae, this was the closest laundromat. It was in pretty bad shape when I first started going. Lots of broken washers and dryers. It has new owners now, and the place much, much better. Lots of working washers and good, fast dryers. Makes a chore quick and simple. I've never had to wait for a washer or dryer."
