Gentle Dental Waianae Coast

"The person that took my X-rays is the worst I had. I am no dentist but she has placing technique issues. The apparatus she putting in my mouth felt like a knife stabbing the top and bottom of my mouth! I know I should feel uncomfortable but not painful! I had xrays done so many times before I know if something is not right! she just kept going, didn’t change a thing even after notifying her it was painful! She even dropped the apparatus twice and at that point I was just hoping that shes been replacing the plastic piece that goes in my mouth coz that would be disgusting if not! then she asked me if that was my first time lol No girl u just rough! I almost left but I kept my cool even though she seemed rushed and frustrated. Anyways, the dentist was nice and the hygienists did a good job cleaning my teeth. I had plans on taking my kids there but after that terrible experience id rather not! especially if they have to get their X-rays done! Im still thinking if I should complete my treatment with them."

"The Dr. was great. But the guy who scheduled my return visit ( Oct 31 ) failed to log it in. I had to reschedule for 3 months later because if that my insurance switch and do not over my dentures. Thought I had it all taken cared of but some years later I received a notice from a collection agency stating I can use my tax returns to help bring down the cost. Plus the guy who scheduled my return visit was the guy who handles the billing and is never in one office. I had to keep calling different offices till finally he called me back days later"

"I really enjoy the atmosphere at this place. The staff is fantastic, starting from the phone calls to the reception area and continuing into the treatment room. They are all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they treat you like family. They have a great sense of hospitality, especially Miss Desire, Denise, and Erika! Oh, and I can't forget the orthodontic staff, Miss Irma - they're equally awesome!"

"Today I was scheduled for cleaning and had a wonderful experience. They have a bundle kid pack which includes a toothbrush, floss, and custom selection of stickers for boys and girls for just $40. Dr. Lee and dental hygienist were very professional."
