"So far, not impressed at all. I called the office today for an "over the phone consultation" on Wednesday 2/19/20, and spoke with Payton. Super sweet girl. I gave her detailed information regarding my "complex personal bankruptcy", she took notes then advised the attorney was on another call but would likely return my call within 5 - 10 minutes. She ended the call making sure I knew her name... great customer service. I give Payton five stars... however I never received a call from the attorney. More than 24 hours later not even a call to tell me they were not interested in taking my case. I called this office because it mentions "complex personal bankruptcy". My case is complex but I have money to pay you to at least talk to me. Poor customer service, I expected more."
