"Truck drivers stay away. My name is CJ. I got a ticket out of mesquite. The ticket required my appearance in court unless I have legal counsel. I hired this law firm. Two weeks after I paid this law firm the fee in total, the Bunkerville court was not notified at all of me retaining their legal services. So had I not brought this to the attorneys attention, I wouldn't have showed up to court as instructed because I would have thought my attorney is representing me, thus resulting in a warrant being issued for my arrest. But instead the attorney quickly fixed the problem with the court. Jessica at the Bunkerville called me 3 hours later saying that it's FINALLY on the record that I have an attorney now, and she said that same day they plead no contest on my behalf. So I basically paid someone to plea guilty for me. Lol. In most states, you get a ticket. Hire an attorney. And they plea not guilty hoping an offer is made, like a no pointer non moving violation. Continuance are made hoping the officer doesn't show up to court. Etc. Not this law firm. So today I called up Bunkerville court and I found out I that I have been convicted ( meaning the judge accepted the no contest plea ). I got to pay 180.00 by November. And Jessica at the court said not a single request was made to the judge from the attorney. The attorney asked for nothing. No communication at all. The attorney didnt ask for a non pointer or a non moving violation. No nothing. And the attorney never told me about being convicted or that I got to pay 180 before November. I'm not letting this law firm know where to look, but drivers I have blacklisted this place on our forums, including bonehead truckers. Drivers, only hire a lawyer with verifiable reviews. Or a verifiable history of representing drivers. Hiring this law firm was a complete joke. All I did was pay them to plea guilty for me and that's it. And I could have had my 8 year old daughter do that."

"I hired this lawyer for my very first DUI, the only thing he did was keep me out of jail but come to find out I wouldnt have went to jail on my first offense unless i got in more trouble during the year of probation. He became unresponsive and when he was responsive i was given the wrong information. He has missed multiple court appearances, as well failed to provided me with the needed information to complete my terms provided by the courts. I had to get new representation today at court because my lawyer failed to show up nor did he contact me about not making it to court. I do not recommend."
