"Her paralegal was helpful, but working with her was maddening. The goal post kept moving, and she kept asking me for information that I had already provided. It started as "this will be really simple and easy" to "that will require extra hourly charges." It was absolutely crazy making. When I expressed my frustration her response was defensive and unprofessional, then she started placing the blame on me when there was a clear email paper trail indicating that she was not reading my emails. I do not recommend. Really awful experience to feel I was being taken advantage of while grieving the death of my mother. At least she allowed me to terminate the agreement so I could find someone else."
