If you read the negative reviews (outside the rude receptionist, that’s unfortunate, but personally I’ve never experienced this treatment), it’s clear the reviewers had not paid their obligations or engaged in activity against the CC&Rs of the community in which they reside. The negative comments should solidify the fact they’re excellent at what they do and their attorneys obtain the achieved results for the clients they serve. Would definitely recommend them to any Association/Board or business looking for representation."
