"I called the office to ask about swimming how to get passes to swim in the public pool as my family and I are staying as guests in the Tahoe keys resort. A very nasty and rude woman named Darcy (I think) answered the phone and yelled at me for asking simple questions regarding their hours and as I mentioned, how to get passes. This woman is disgusting and her customer service is non existent. She hung up on me just because she didn’t feel like doing her job. I called back to ask to speak to a a manager and a man answered just to have the same attitude. What a shame on Tahoe keys resort!"
