"Absolutely a great experience. The ride up to haleakala was about an hour and the driver provided lots of insight into the area and history of the region. Once at the top you take your bikes down the same route. In the guided tour you put your belongings in their van and the van blocks traffic from behind, which created a very safe environment. Highly recommended to anyone."

"My wife and I signed up for the sunrise tour. Our bus driver, Billy, was very knowledgeable in the geology, ecosystems, history, and culture of Hawaii. Though we were tired from having to wake up so early, I didn't want to nap on the bus so I could hear what he had to say. Biking down the mountain was a blast. Our biking guide was fun and warned us each time to watch out regarding steeper and or sharper turns coming up. The stop along Makawao for breakfast was nice."

"Had a wonderful downhill bike ride. Scenery was breathtaking. Bus tour uphill was a lot of fun thanks to our funny guide Billy. Better prepare a light jacket for the first half of the bike ride."

"The bike tour guide was fantastic and we had a great time with him. Ended up tipping him generously as he deserved as much. The bus driver that took us home was absolute the worst. Will never use this company again because of him. We needed him to make an emergency accommodation and he refused. Incredibly rude and his actions alone will make sure we never do this tour or recommend any friends or family engage the company again. I am giving two stars because everyone else was ok or great but this guy ruined the entire experience for us."
