He welcomed us to the island, gave us lots of useful tips on where to go and what to see, and looked after all our vehicle rental needs. "Made reservations to meet Dusty at the airport months in advance and he was a no show upon arrival. We called his cell, texted him, and then emailed the company with no response. Received a reply email from Megan at Reservations the following morning who apologized but did not offer a vehicle for us to rent. Fortunately we ended up making a new friend at the airport who rented us her personal vehicle for the week. What ticked me off more than anything is Dusty never responding back. Even if it was the next day, an explanation and/or apology would have been appreciated."

"My husband and I rented from Dusty for about 5 days when we visited Molokai during our honeymoon. What a unique experience! Dusty has certainly improved the rental car experience by making it more personable, flexible, and easy going. The car was waiting for us at the airport (Ford Escape)- we headed to Dusty’s office where we signed some paperwork and he took some time giving us some information and recommendations since it was our first time on Molokai. Before we left, he sent us off with a box of home made cookies (it was Christmas time) which was so kind! The car ran great and was a perfect island car. Reliable and easy to drive. We took it to Halawa Valley in the east and all the way to the beaches on the west. We loved it! Will definitely rent from Dusty again when we return to Molokai- hopefully soon, we had a great time."

"Our experience with Mo Bettah was amazing! It was super easy. We arrived, our vehicle was parked right in airport parking. It was very clean, it ran great, and I was never worried about it the car was going to make it. We had the car for 4 full days and on the day of our return, Dusty saw us at a local pizza place and stopped in to say hi. It was nic! It was sort of like a small town touch, even though he could have driven right by and we would have never known. We parked the car in the same place as where it was waiting for us and got right on the plane. We have had a lot of experience with car rental companies and I can assure you, if you are looking to support a good man with a local company and who takes pride in his business, this is the place for you! Please note- this is not Alamo or Enterprise. You ARE getting a local style vehicle, meaning - they aren't brand new. They are exactly what they need to be, good, reliable vehicles, cold AC, and a working radio to cruise around Molokai!
